February recap

February has ended and i would love to share monthly updates about how my month went, what goals i set and whether or not i accomplished them. So on february, i decided to skip breakfast because i realized that eating breakfast made me feel sluggish- like my brain was in a fog. But after skipping breakfast, my brain wasn't foggy anymore. I felt better and re-energize. I might continue to skip breakfast but we'll see. 

Anyways, i've also set 3 goals for the month of february. To drink water daily, go for a run and reduce coffee intake. And i successfully did all of it woohoo! ⸜( ˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝

Now, to set march goals...

March goals

☐ drink water daily

☐ do pilates

☐ take a relaxing shower

☐ do skincare

☐ drink tea instead of coffee

☐ donate books

☐ volunteer in the library

☐ attend talks
